Prescription information

Prescriptions contain health information. Use only the dedicated secure submission route offered for your order. Do not send prescriptions, clinical images or medical records through general email or the contact form.

Before collecting clinical information, the service must explain the purpose, lawful basis, additional health-data condition, recipients and retention. Where explicit consent is used, it must be requested separately from the shopping terms. A general privacy policy does not itself supply that consent.

Camera and fitting tools

Before using a camera tool, check its explanation of what is captured, whether anything leaves your device and how it is retained. Permission to use a camera is not by itself consent to every further use of the resulting information.
