Delivery & Fulfilment Information

Our usual UK delivery estimate is 5–10 working days, including preparation and delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

For prescription orders, this estimate begins once we have the complete prescription and fitting details and have completed the suitability review. We will explain any different timeframe before manufacture.

Delivery charges and postcode restrictions are shown before payment. We work with manufacturing partners, who may dispatch directly, including from overseas. Vueraith remains responsible for your order and handles delivery problems.

International delivery

We also offer delivery to the international destinations available in the store's country selector and checkout. International charges depend on destination and are shown before payment.
