What if my prescription is strong or complex?

How long does delivery take?
Usual UK delivery is 5–10 working days, including preparation and delivery. For prescription orders this begins after complete prescription and fitting details and suitability review. Charges are shown before payment. Read delivery information.
What are the returns arrangements?
We offer 30-day returns, including prescription eyewear, with a free UK return label. Our 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Read returns information.
