Returns, Exchanges & Your Rights

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery, including prescription eyewear. We provide a free UK return label. Read the returns and cancellation policy for the process, refund timings and your legal rights.

We want you to feel confident in your eyewear, from ordering through to everyday wear.

12-month manufacturing-defect warranty

Vueraith offers a 12-month warranty from delivery covering faults in materials or workmanship in the frames, prescription lenses and their manufacturing or glazing. If you believe there is a manufacturing issue, contact Vueraith with your order reference and a description of the fault. We may ask for photographs or arrange an inspection before offering an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy. We handle the claim: customers do not need to contact our manufacturing partner.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and later changes in prescription are not manufacturing defects; we assess each claim fairly and separately from your statutory rights.

Your UK consumer rights

This warranty is additional to, and does not restrict or replace, your statutory rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Statutory repair, replacement, refund and other remedies may apply even after the 12-month warranty expires.

Report a problem or request a remake

Please contact our team with your order reference. We will explain the review and return or remake arrangements. Do not send prescription documents or health information to general support email; we will direct you to a secure route when optical details are needed.
