How to clean your lenses
- Rinse off dust and grit with lukewarm water when your lens manufacturer recommends it.
- Use a lens-safe cleaner if needed.
- Dry gently with a clean microfibre cloth. Avoid rough fabrics or household chemicals.
How to protect your frames
Store glasses in a protective case when not in use. Avoid leaving them on hot car dashboards or exposing them to excessive heat, which can affect coatings and some frame materials.
Fit and adjustments
Temple and bridge adjustments may require professional tools and experience. Avoid forcefully bending frames yourself, particularly those with delicate joints or specialty materials.
Warranty and statutory rights
