Delivery
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Delivery in 5–10 working days
Our usual UK delivery estimate is 5–10 working days from your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. This includes preparation and delivery; it is not an extra 5–10 days after dispatch.
For prescription eyewear, the estimate runs from when we have your complete prescription and required fitting details and have completed the suitability review. We will let you know if anything is missing or if your order needs a different delivery timeframe before manufacture. We will not silently extend the agreed delivery date.
Delivery charges and destinations
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Available delivery methods, charges and any postcode restrictions are shown before you pay. Free delivery applies only where shown. Any unavoidable taxes or charges must be disclosed before you place the order; this policy does not authorise unexpected import or handling charges.
How your order is fulfilled
We work with manufacturing and delivery partners, and your order may be sent directly by a partner, including from overseas. Vueraith remains your seller and your contact for delivery, returns and faults. We will email dispatch details and tracking where the service provides it.
Delays, loss or damage
If delivery is delayed, we will explain the revised estimate and your options. Contact saban.shareef@icloud.com with your order number if your parcel has not arrived within the expected window. You do not need to resolve a lost-parcel claim with our supplier or courier yourself.
We are responsible for your order until it reaches you or a person you nominate to receive it, unless you independently appoint a carrier we have not offered. A tracking scan does not by itself remove your rights if the parcel has not been delivered.
If an agreed essential delivery date is missed, or we refuse to deliver, you may be entitled to cancel immediately. Otherwise, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and cancel for a refund if we fail to do so. Your legal rights apply even when the cause is outside our control.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your address before paying and contact us promptly about any correction. We will try to make changes before dispatch. If a parcel is returned because an address you supplied was wrong, we will discuss any reasonable, evidenced redelivery cost before charging it. We do not charge an automatic penalty.
For cancellations and returns, see our returns policy.
Returns
Last updated: 26 October 2026
30-day returns
You can tell us you want to return your eyewear within 30 calendar days after delivery. This is Vueraith's voluntary returns offer and includes prescription eyewear. We provide a free return label for UK returns. Sale items have the same protection.
Email saban.shareef@icloud.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide a label and return instructions. Send the items within 14 days after telling us. Please use the case and packaging where available, or other suitable protective packaging. Trying on your glasses is allowed. Missing original packaging alone does not remove your legal cancellation rights.
We may make a fair deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect and try on the glasses. We will explain any deduction; there is no automatic restocking fee. Accidental damage, misuse and normal wear are not manufacturing faults.
Your online cancellation rights
For standard, non-personalised goods, you can also cancel from the time you order until 14 calendar days after the day you receive them, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to send them back. You can cancel by any clear statement, including email; you do not need our approval or a particular form.
Goods genuinely made to your individual prescription or otherwise personalised may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Simply ordering a standard frame from a supplier does not make it personalised. Our 30-day voluntary return offer above still applies. Neither exception removes your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable for an agreed purpose.
Changing an order before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order. You may request cancellation before dispatch. Prescription or specification changes may be impossible once manufacture has begun, so we will explain the available options and any agreed cost before proceeding. This does not take away the return offer above.
Refunds
For an eligible return, we refund the returned goods and, when you cancel the whole order, the standard outward delivery charge. Any extra paid for premium delivery above the standard rate need not be refunded.
We issue cancellation refunds within 14 days after receiving the goods or evidence you have sent them back, whichever comes first. If we have agreed to collect them, we refund within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds go to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Bank processing can take additional time.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect eyewear
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help, but are not a condition of exercising your rights. We arrange and pay for necessary returns of faulty or incorrect goods.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for a purpose agreed with us. You normally have a 30-day right to reject goods that do not meet these requirements. After that, repair or replacement rights and, where applicable, a price reduction or final rejection still apply. Faults appearing in the first six months are normally presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise. Your rights do not end after six months or when a warranty expires.
Once we agree you are entitled to a refund for faulty goods, we issue it without undue delay and within 14 days. We handle the issue directly; you do not need to pursue the laboratory or manufacturer.
Prescription concerns, exchanges and warranty
If vision or fit feels wrong, stop using the glasses for activities where unclear vision could be unsafe and contact us. We will assess the prescription, measurements and manufacture as appropriate. Do not send medical documents through general email; ask for the secure submission route. A prescription change or incorrect information supplied by you is not automatically a manufacturing defect, but we will check our own work and responsibilities fairly.
Contact us to discuss an exchange or remake. We will confirm any difference in price before you agree. Our 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty is additional to your legal rights.
